ChatGPT has caught the world by storm in the recent weeks. It has the ability to understand a prompt and produce a relevant response - whether that response be code, formulas, open text or quantitative results.

This got us thinking ... how can we leverage ChatGPT for CX purposes ... ?

  • Step 1: Log-in to the tool using our beta account. Leverage the free 50k credits!

In our opinion, the above tool is just one minor example as to how chatGPT (and other AI tools) will revolutionise the CX space. We are particularly bullish about the ability for AI to replace the need to collect survey data, as it can be inferred from the qualitative outputs received from customers.
